Ernest  Ogunleye remains passionate about HR and has had the good fortune as an HR professional to live and work in Toronto, Montreal and London, United Kingdom. He has completed HR assignments of varying lengths in another 38 countries around the world. In Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America to be precise. Ernest continues to work in the public, private and non-profit sectors. He is an energetic member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources, Canada.  In Ernest's travels, he has found HR does have a global impact and that many practices and policies are unsurprisingly the same.
